BAC (Briggs Automotive Company) has launched the BAC Mono in the year 2015. BAC was established in the year 2009 by Neill and Ian Briggs.

BAC Mono is a high performance, lighter and new generation single-seated supercar. And it’s fully road legal. Mono has LED lights, twin-side wing mirrors, LED fog and reverse lights, and carbon steering wheel and optional carbon side panels.

Mono has a 2.3 Litre 4-cylinder turbocharged engine which provides 332hp with 400Nm torque to its wheels. Moreover, it is the only one of its kind supercar which weights 600kg. 

Mono provides a better power to weight ration which helps Mono to accelerate 0-100km/h under 3 seconds. Mono has a 6-speed sequential gearbox with pedal shifters on the steering wheel which shifts gears under 35 milliseconds. The gearbox provides a top speed of 170 mph (274 km/h).

Mono car is super performative on corners due to the lower center of gravity. This car has push-rod suspension the same as Formula 1 cars. Mono is aerodynamically efficient at high speed.

And it all cost about $1,40,000.
